What is the Return Policy?
You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with Four weeks of receiving the item. However we aren't the original seller so you must contact and/or consult an original sellers terms for returns individually.
Freight Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers
If you have to return huge or bulky item which had been delivered by way of specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will help you through the returns process and may have you contact our specialized customer care team, which may schedule the pickup of the item.
Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of the item. In order to guarantee that the return and refund are processed correctly.
UPS Pickups
As soon as you request a UPS pickup, UPS sends a driver to your address with your shipping label within 1-5 business days. Be certain you've described the defect, damage, or error highlight that in the returned package. In case the original packaging is available, return the item in this particular packaging. To help avoid complications with the pickup, remove any used shipping labels which might be still on the box.
